Skills / Requirements

• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to diffuse situations with minimal confrontation
• Observe and Report to the management any activity on property
• Deterrent to any crime on property
• Walk the property and all buildings looking for potential dangers
• Must have back ground check
• Must be 21 years of age
• Professional work ethics
• Write clear reports to management
• Must have a strong authoritative presence
